Someone made some strawberry crumble ice cream sandwiches that were too ugly to sell but still perfect to eat!
We made a chewy gluten free oatmeal cookie (very reminiscent of a soft DADS) and sandwiched our bright tasting strawberry ice cream in between them! So great together, like a delicious creamy strawberry crumble!
Ingredients: Oats, Vegan Butter, Brown Sugar, *Cane Sugar, ground flax, baking soda, vanilla extract, kosher salt.
Contains nuts (wheat free, oats not gf)
