On-site Cooler

Our flexible option! We'll grab our cooler and some dry ice (keeps ice cream cold up to 4 hours). Pricing depends on location, what items you're looking for (bars, sandwiches, ice cream cups) and how many staff are required. Please inquire directly. 

Ice Cream Bike

Starts at $725• includes 50 ice cream cups, up to two flavours (can also upgrade to ice cream bars or sandwiches or a mix). Staff up to 4 hours + 1 hour travel time both ways. Best for main floors or outdoor events. No stairs. Includes napkins and spoons.

Ice Cream Scoop Bar

Starts at $960• includes 100 scoops, up to 6 flavours and staff up to 4 hours + 1 hour travel time both ways. No stairs. Includes cones, bowls, napkins, spoons.

If you are reaching out for a donation, keep in mind we get hundreds upon hundreds of requests. We're a small business, so we only have resources for things closest to our values and hearts. We won't be able to respond to requests that we aren't interested in at this time. <3
