We're letting the pumpkin speak for itself (aka no pumpkin spice here). We take pie pumpkins and fire roast them until the skins are super crispy the and the insides are insanely soft and caramelized (maybe a touch smoky) and blend blend blend into our ice cream base. Some toasted crunchy pumpkin seeds really bring it home. So warm. No cinnamon in sight. No disrespect to the pumpkin spice life though.
