If you've ever been in the birthday cake biz, you know that September is the most busy month for birthdays in the year! I guess New Years is a popular time to uh, kiss.
Anyway, we made a birthday cake ice cream! We're not trying to intellectualize birthday cake here, this is the platonic ideal. A fresh-baked sprinkle sheet cake frosted with our favourite vanilla buttercream frosting, cubed up and tossed into our super vanilla ice cream base. Plus more sprinkles!
